For adult classes\, all students should attend one class per week to ensure that they keep up with the sequential material covered in class.  If a class MUST be missed\, no additional makeup classes\, refunds\, or credits for class will be given for missed classes.  Private lessons\, for current students\, are available at $30 per hour. \nCancellation policy:  \nICCGS reserves the right to cancel sessions due to the minimum enrollment not being met.  In that event\, participants will be notified and refunds will be given.  Participants may cancel their session for a full refund\, minus $5.00 for processing fees 72 hours/ 3 days before the class begins.  Please email us at info@iowaCeramicsCenter.org about your cancellation.  If a student contacts us after the 72-hour deadline\, a refund will not be provided. \nAll classes and workshops are held at:  \nIowa Ceramics Center and Glass Studio\, located in the NewBo district in the Cherry Building at 329 10th Avenue Southeast in Cedar Rapids\, Iowa.  The center is located on the first floor in Suite 117 \nEnd of Session Policies \nCompleted and fired work will only be held for 30 days after the end of session. Non-returning students must clear off their shelves by the last class session. SUMMARY:Winter Special Topics--Building Organically

Students will explore organic building techniques and strategies to create sculptures. Non-returning students must clear off their shelves by the last class session. This class is intended for beginners to expand on their basic knowledge and continue to develop their throwing skills.
