Firing costs range by size (a 5-inch cup is approximately $3.00 to fire)\n*For Open Studio access\, students are required to adhere to ICCGS Open Studio Policies and current COVID-19 protocols.\n\nMake-up Policy: ICCGS is not responsible for changes in students’ personal schedules. For adult classes\, all students should attend one class per week to ensure that they keep up with the sequential material covered in class. This class is more about the process of working with clay on the wheel than a specific project. Great for kids and adults who are interested in developing a set of skills for working with clay. Each participant will complete at least 1-2 cups or bowls. Projects will then be dried on our shelves and fired in the kiln\, then coated with a white glaze and fired again. Your finished projects will be available for pickup 3 weeks later at ICCGS. \nThis class is all about the experience and learning how to work with the pottery wheel. This is a great way for kids and parents alike who are interested in working with clay to experience it firsthand. Minimum age is 9 years old.
