Studio Sessions Friday June 5th

MAY 2020 Studio Sessions: Studio Sessions are available by appointment/registration. Community members must pre-register for a session, when session times are available.
NOTE: Please make a note of the date you have registered for. Due to limits with our registration software, this information will not be on your receipt.
The Studio has been divided into stations. Community members may register for one station at a time. Studio session registration is available only for the station you are registered for, and you are not permitted in any other area during that time. Community tools are not available, please carefully read what tools that we are providing for each station. Please see below..
Studio Guidelines:
- MASKS MUST be worn (and covering your mouth and nose) at all times in the studio.
- Masks are NOT provided.
- Do not come into the studio if you are feeling ill, have a temperature, or have been exposed to a person who has been ill or has a temperature.
- Your hands must be washed upon arrival in the studio. Soap and paper towels are provided.
- The studio will be divided into ‘Sections’
- Community Members are required to stay in the Station they have registered for and cannot move to another station during their session time.
- We are limiting the number of people in the studio at one time, including the studio staff. No additional guests are allowed to come into the studio with you. We have set areas with more than 6 feet of distance between community members at all times.
- Only ICCGS staff are allowed in the office.
- Community Members must begin the clean up process 20 minutes before your session time ends
- Community Members must clean up and then sanitize their area before leaving the studio, using a bleach solution provided by the studio.
- Community Members must adhere to the time of their session
- Even if a station is empty, a staff member will still need to do a second round of sanitizing in the area.
- If you arrive early, please wait outside the studio, or in your car, before entering the studio and maintain 6 feet from others.
- NO studio tools will be available for use, you must bring your own tools
- Community members will need to bring their own sponge, buckets, towels, brushes, pouring vessels (to transfer glazes onto work into smaller containers), or any other specialty tools needed.
- Sponges will not be provided. Sponges will be available for purchase in the studio, bringing your own sponge from home is recommended. Sponges can not be used for sanitation (only cleaning up) areas must be sanitized after being sponged clean
- Paper Towels are only provided for hand washing and sanitizing, please bring your own towel for studio/personal use.
ICCGS STUDIO SECTIONS AVAILABLE FOR REGISTRATION:
If you register for multiple sessions in a row, you do not need to sanitize in between sessions unless you are switching areas. If you sign up for 4 sessions you will be emailed a coupon for a discounted 5th session!
Section 1/Glaze Area
No community tools, buckets, or sponges will be available (firing is not included but can be purchased on our website under ‘shop’) Provided materials and equipment for studio session:
-One Work Table
-Access to buckets of glaze
-One mixing paddle and the sink. The paddle will be sanitized between uses.
–Spray Booth
Section 2
No community tools, buckets, or sponges will be available (firing is not included but can be purchased on our website under ‘shop’). Provided materials and equipment for studio session:
-Sink access
-Electric Wheel
-One Work Table (without canvas)
Section 3
No community tools, buckets, or sponges will be available (firing is not included but can be purchased on our website under ‘shop’) Provided materials and equipment for studio session:
-Sink access
-Slab Roller
-One Work Table (without canvas)
-Electric Wheel
-Kick Wheel
Section 4/Glass Area
No community tools, community glass, stringers or noodles, powders or frit will be available. Students are not allowed to touch molds but can request a mold for slump firing.(firing is not included, can be purchased on our square site) Provided materials and equipment for studio session:
-One Work Table
-Sink
-Glass grinder
-Morton Cutting system
