VERY CHERRY HOLIDAY information for Sellers

It's Time For Our Annual Very Cherry Sale!

This year, we’ve streamlined the process to make participating easier than ever. Simply choose which sale you’d like to participate in, pick up your labels from the front desk and fill them out, attach them to your work, and voilà! You’re ready to sell!

Gallery Holiday Sale

Prefer to sell throughout the holiday season? You can participate in our ongoing gallery sale!
  • Fill out the google form linked below by November 26th
  • Pick up labels at the front desk, take them home and fill them out
  • Drop off your items in the Administrative Office with labels attached. Please do not leave your items in the Classroom or on the front desk.
  • Gallery Space is limited, so placement in the gallery is first come first served. If the gallery is full, we will keep your work safely stored and replenish the display as pieces sell.
  • Work will be in the Gallery: now until January 12th
  • Sellers must pack up all unsold gallery work from the gallery between: January 8th-January 13th.
  • Please note that the holiday gallery sale will have an opening reception on November 5th and a closing reception on January 7th, as part of our 1st Thursday Art Show Series. Sellers are welcome to invite friends and family to join.

Very Cherry Holiday Gift Show in the Clay & Glass Studio

Please check out the details below and fill out the google form to participate.

  • Fill out the google form linked below by November 26th
  • Pick up Artist Labels at the front desk, take them home and fill them out
  • Attach labels to your work
  • Set up: you can choose to set up your area on either Friday evening December 4th until 8pm, or Saturday December 5th at 8am.
  • Very Cherry Sale: Dec 5th 9am-4pm
  • Very Cherry Clean up: Dec 5th 4pm-5:30pm

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS!

We LOVE our volunteers and couldn’t do Very Cherry without you! This year we are doing a community outreach in our STEAM classroom that will require volunteer help.
