2 Day Clay Summer Camp–Wheel Boot Camp
Our 2-day Ceramic Wheel Boot Camps are designed for kids ages 8-15. This Summer Camp will introduce your camper to the ceramics wheel. Over two days, campers will be taught the fundamentals of wheel throwing and glazing. Students will learn techniques using the wheel to make pots of different styles, such as: cups and bowls. Campers will add colors to their creations by painting with special glazes and slips, to make their project truly one of a kind. One project will be chosen to be fired each day. Projects will be dried on our shelves, then fired in our kilns for pick up 3 weeks after camp ends. We encourage campers to sign up for more than wheel camp to help build their throwing skills.
Date: July 20th & July 21st (Thursday & Friday)
Time: 9:00AM-11:00AM
Tuition: $60/person
Camp Code: 7A2
